The hotel was exceptionally comfortable and incredibly beautiful. Liked the ocean view from our queen room. We got a room with a walk-in shower. The local staff was extremely friendly. That venue was in a particularly good location, to Charlotte's Bakery. A wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like Hiro's Sushi Express that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

The location is fantastic, only a 10-15 minute stroll away from Lincoln Mall with plenty of bistros and cafés nearby.

The staff here were very friendly and helpful, and my room was recently renovated, spacious, and had complimentary coffee, drinks, and excellent Wi-Fi.

The staff were happy to help. The room was good-sized and had central heating. It had a multi-channel television and coffee/tea making machines. It also had a private bathroom.

The rooms here are really nice, and some even have a balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee ☕. The staff is also fantastic and super helpful.

The location was perfect with easy access to the beach and a variety of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The hotel handled the hurricane preparation well and provided timely and helpful communication. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and had wood-like floors, which was great for allergic people. The rooftop pool had a nice view.

The Hotel has an excellent location, you can walk around the area safely day and night, is close to the beach, shopping centers, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, etc. The staff was very kind, although not all of them speak Spanish, they are willing to ask for help from another colleague when they do not understand in order to answer the questions. We arrived before the check in and there were no problems in having the room available immediately. The room was very comfortable for 5 people, the cleaning service was done every day and with a lot of kindness from the staff. Free WiFi service, access to the swimming-pool, computer, a coffee break for breakfast and dinner. The pool area is very comfortable and has a smoking area.

The hotel met all our expectations. Good price / quality ratio.

The parking was conveniently located not far from here, which was great. 🚗 Also, the room was spacious and comfortable. I had booked a Wheelchair Accessible room with 2 double beds and a sofa couch, and was pleased to find that everything was set up as requested, including coffee, upon my arrival.

Magnificent and amazing location in Miami Beach, short walk to Charlotte's Bakery down the street, the beach, shops, and restaurants, and the cemetery of tons of restaurants. For tea or coffee visit Playa Cafe nearby. The room was new-fashioned and huge, the staff was immensely pleasant! Down pillows, exceptionally comfortable bed.

The staff here are excellent and extremely friendly, and the units have 2 queen beds, which is great for families or groups.

The rooms were well-kept, the bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed a stunning ocean view at this centrally located establishment near the Convention Center.

I recently stayed at Courtyard in Miami for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and plenty of nearby restaurants and supermarkets. The staff was incredibly helpful and supportive during the preparation for Hurricane Irma, providing us with timely updates and even sliding informational letters under our door. The hotel had a water fountain for drinking, which was a lifesaver when the stores ran out of water. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with wood-like floors that were great for allergic people. The rooftop pool offered fantastic views, and the breakfast options were plentiful.

I highly recommend this hotel.

The bed was comfortable

We felt discrimated against as we were not escorted to the elevator as other guests were. We were placed on one floor where it seemed all people of color were. This is a disgrace to the Marriott brand, the front desk staff needs proper diversity training. The bathroom was just ok, I can tell the grout line was painted instead of redoing. I requested down pillows and did not get them. I requested early check in and was given a room 5 minutes before check in time although other couples were taken to their rooms. Terrible stay, we couldn't wait to leave.

An excellent location, spacious rooms, hotel bar with option of very good breakfast.

They gave us a room on the 1st floor where it was impossible to sleep because of the noises and vibrations of what they said was a malfunctioning elevator, there was no possibility of accommodating anyone there, it was as if the train was passing over the room, and they had no other rooms. We couldn't sleep, the next day we went to ask for a change of room, at the front desk they told us they didn't have another one available, and at our insistence which was always with respect, the concierge told us that if we didn't like it we should leave, when we asked him to refund the money for the 7 nights we had already paid he told us to wait that he would try to solve it, that he wasn't responsible, that he had just arrived bla bla. He really solved it, he gave us a bigger room, invited us to breakfast and discounted us 50 dollars from the first night, we were confirmed with the upgrade, but we really considered that the night of terror we spent after returning tired from the flight, having checked into the hotel at 2 am was unforgivable. Do not accept rooms on the 1st floor, it is impossible to be there. On the 2nd floor you could still hear the elevator but it was not disturbing.
